Welcome

This website offers a record of how the Government has acted on feedback from the Abuse in Care Royal Commission of Inquiry(external link).

On this site, you can find out:

  • what action the Government has taken on inquiry feedback

  • what the Crown has submitted to the inquiry

  • how to make a claim of abuse or access records from time in care

  • how care was provided between 1950 and 1999 in some places.
